The Dedham Public Library now offers its own private Minecraft Server for patrons aged 10 – 14. Our server supports Minecraft Java Edition (for PC/Mac), so unfortunately we cannot support other editions (such as Mobile or X-Box). The server is available weekly on Tuesdays from 3:30 – 4:30, and requires registration at http://bit.ly/dplminecraft. And now for some Minecraft jargon: We are running survival mode, with no PVP, and keepinventory on. We are using a whitelist to restrict access only to registered users. Currently, players must own their own copy of the game to play, but we’re working on that. See you soon and happy mining!
*We also offer multiple specialty programs throughout the year. Check our calendar for a complete list of youth programming.
