Mary Oliver asked “what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” With mindful awareness you can answer: “I plan to awaken to my senses and find restful experiences and intentionally create relaxation! I will find and focus upon positive experiences to nurture a happier life! I will learn to anchor and ground myself during challenging times and learn to be completely present for this amazing one amazing experience no matter what unfolds!
