Adult Cooking: Cooking with Katie – Homemade Ravioli

Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make homemade ravioli! You’ll learn how to make your own pasta and whip up a delicious cheesy filling, without needing a pasta machine! Using just a rolling pin, you’ll have perfect ravioli in no time. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask Katie and food and nutrition related questions you may have. You will need the following ingredients for this recipe: 2 eggs, AP flour, olive oil, salt, ricotta, shredded mozzarella, parsley, plus optional basil and nutmeg.
