Bread Making with Louis

Join us for this two-day, on-line, workshop in which you will learn how to make, what is known as, “No-Knead” bread. The result will astound you! I had been making bread for years and this approach revolutionized my baking. Because this bread takes 18-24 hours to rise and is baked in a covered cast-iron pot, it has an amazingly rich flavor and beautifully browned hard crust that is similar to European rustic loaves.
Day 1: You will mix the dough and set it aside for its long 24-hour rise. I will also take you through all steps of preparing the dough for baking, with dough that I have already prepared.
Day 2: I will guide you through preparing the risen dough for baking and you will bake your loaf of bread in your oven.
