DLIT Community Gala

Celebrate the conclusion of “Dedham Reads Together: A Symphony of Stories” with DLIT’s annual gala fundraiser.
Please join DLIT on Saturday evening, May 13, 2023 at the First Church Parish Hall in Dedham, for the culmination program of Dedham’s annual community-wide reading event Dedham Reads Together. This year’s program is titled “Dedham Reads Together 2023: A Symphony of Stories,” which features our lead book selection MUSIC IS HISTORY by Questlove. Special thanks to our Lead Sponsor Needham Bank, and Supporting Sponsor Dedham Savings for helping make this special event possible!
The evening includes live music from local musicians Joe Rich, Jonny Pape, and Sam Gilman.
Our modest ticket price includes an amazing value:
- Meal from on-site food truck – “Stuffed by Papi” – featuring New Mexico-Style Sopapillas!
- Sweets from our dessert buffet.
- One drink ticket for beer, wine, or specialty cocktail (cash bar after that)
- Enjoy a fun evening with live music
- Fabulous raffles and silent auction
- The satisfaction that you’re supporting our school and public libraries!
Tickets will also be available at the door for $50. The Gala is a 21+ event. Event Timeline: 6:30 – 10:00 p.m.

NOTE: ONLINE TICKET SALES FOR THE DLIT GALA WILL CLOSE AT 3 P.M. ON SAT, MAY 13th. TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR FOR $50 WITH CASH.
