Join Food Explorers to make Loaded Veggie Tot Nachos!
We’ll be making Tater Tots from scratch using your choice of either broccoli or zucchini, baking them until crispy and loading them with your favorite toppings. You’ll need the following ingredients: broccoli or zucchini, 1-2 eggs, breadcrumbs, flour, cheddar cheese and optional toppings: green onion, red onion, salsa, peppers, guacamole (1 avocado + 1 lime), cilantro, shredded Mexican cheese, Feta, sour cream, etc. This program takes place over Zoom.
Food Explorers is for kids in grades 2-8. Parent supervision is recommended.
