Join Food Explorers to make Naan Breads with a Roasted Veggie Dip!
These Naan breads use Zucchini which can be omitted if they are difficult to find. You will need the following ingredients: 1 Zucchini, flour, salt, baking powder, PLAIN Greek yogurt, olive oil, 1 can EITHER chickpeas or Cannelini beans and your choice of veggies: carrots, onion, peppers, tomatoes, garlic, squash, etc. A food processor or blender is recommended.
Food Explorers is for kids in grades 2-8. Parent supervision is recommended.
