Health & Wellness: Eating Healthy on a Budget

The pandemic has been hard on all of us in various ways, including financially. Eating nutritious foods is essential to our health, but it doesn’t have to cost a fortune. In this workshop, you’ll learn creative ways for eating healthy while saving money, including ideas for planning meals, grocery shopping hacks, and cooking tips to keep your belly full of nourishing foods and your wallet more full of your hard-earned money. Everyone is warmly welcome.
Presenter Bio
Alison T. Brill (she/her) is a certified health & wellness coach, MPH, BSW, with over 15 years of public health and mental wellness experience. She provides support and nutrition guidance to people struggling with digestive issues like gas, bloating, fatigue, and food sensitivities. She helps clients find relief, have more energy, and enjoy food again so they can get back to living their best lives. Alison provides a holistic approach to well-being, and a path to physical comfort, balance, and healing. Her work is rooted in health equity, trauma-informed, and body positive.
