Mandalas for Beginners

Join us for an opportunity to get yourself into a relaxed & meditative space, one which you can create for yourself any time you want.
We will learn to draw mandalas, another word for sacred circle. The intricate look of a mandala comes from following a rhythm, which can produce stunning results. This type of repetition can be very relaxing and is a great way to bring yourself gently into the present. Mandalas can also work as a form of visual journaling, boost your creativity, memory and problem solving skills, as well as provide stress relief and spiritual self-expression. This simple practice is not only powerful, it is fun and exciting!
