Nature Drawing with Colored Pencil

April 1 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Learn how to add a splash of color to your drawings with our reliable step-by-step color pencil process! For aspiring & advanced artists!
This is the third of three workshops in our Nature Drawing collaboration with the Dedham Library. This is a donation-based event, with proceeds going to The Dedham Food Pantry.

Color pencil is a versatile medium that has the vibrance of watercolor and subtlety of sepias. This nature-focused workshop will show you how to draw, layer, and blend with color pencils using a step-by-step system. After class, you will be able to rely on this process while pursuing your very own projects!

This workshop will be recorded for those who can not make the live event due to the time zone difference. If you do not wish to be recorded during the live event, simply turn off the camera on your device.

What’s Included

Every ticket includes admission to the live workshop, a recording of the workshop, and lesson packet. You do not need to attend the live workshop to receive a recording and lesson packet.

Instructor: James S. Sisti

What you need:

• Basic Drawing Materials (pencil, pen, etc.)

• Scrap paper – cheap newsprint or recycled paper works best

Please Note: This class is accessible from any web device, however, a device with a larger screen such as a tablet or PC will make for a better experience.
