Workshop Duration: 90 Minutes Learn how to quickly sketch and document your field observations by combining helpful writing tips and art techniques. These skills are useful in any nature environment – even your own backyard!
Start time: 7:00 PM ET (Eastern Time) This workshop will be recorded for those who can not make the live event due to the time zone difference. If you do not wish to be recorded during the live event, simply turn off the camera on your device.
This is the second workshop of our adult education Nature Drawing Series in collaboration with Hike and Draw, LLC. This is a donation-based event. 50% of the revenue generated from this workshop will be gifted to the The Dedham Food Pantry.
What you need:
Pencil – 2B softness
Pen – Felt tip or fountain pens work best
Sketchbook or Notebook – Doesn’t need to be fancy
Please Note: This beginner class is accessible from any web device, however, a device with a larger screen such as a tablet or PC will make for a better experience. Once you learn the basics, you will be able to craft awesome drawings to share with your friends and family!
