After this interactive workshop, you’ll walk away knowing: The common causes of poor sleep and digestion, foods that promote sleep, breathing and relaxation practices for improved digestion and sleep, and movements and stretches that support sleep and gut health. Alison T. Brill (she/her) is a certified health & wellness coach, MPH, BSW, with over 15 years of public health and mental wellness experience. She provides support and nutrition guidance to people struggling with digestive issues like gas, bloating, fatigue, and food sensitivities.
