Ricotta Gnocchi Mac and Cheese

Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers, to make homemade Ricotta Gnocchi Mac & Cheese (GF options available)!
To make this tasty dish, you’ll need the following ingredients: 15oz container Ricotta, 3 egg yolks, flour (AP or GF), grated Parmesan, milk, cheddar cheese, butter and optional breadcrumbs. No special equipment required. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask Katie and food and nutrition related questions you may have.
