It’s been a challenging year and it’s likely that we are all more stressed out than usual.
Join us and get in touch with your gratitude… finding & gathering it in your daily life to improve your outlook, the way you travel through your days, and nurture yourself.
We will explore several gratitude exercises in a journal that we will make. Your gratitude practice can help you bust stress, feel joy, and cultivate a positive mindset.
