Fabulous Funtastic Fridays

Super Awesome Fun Time is back!

Join us on the lawn outside every Friday afternoon for hands-on group fun and sensory free play. This program is great for kids aged 5-10 and their grown ups.

In the event of inclement weather, this program will be held inside. Email with any questions.

Fiber Fridays… with friends!

Join us on Fridays, at the Main Library or online, to play with knitting, crocheting, sewing, needlework, whatever!  Start a new project or work on a current one. Bring tips, ideas, and projects, as well as questions.
Be part of the long lineage of crafters who’ve gathered in circles to share their techniques, as well as stories.
Bring your own supplies, although we have yarn, embroidery thread, and some knitting and crochet needles to share.
Register on Eventbrite to receive your Zoom Link

Toddler Sensory Time

Hands on play is the best kind of play!

Art Journaling – Drawing from Life

Keeping an Art or Visual Journal is a wonderful way to support your art practice or simply settle a busy mind and relieve stress.

All you need to begin is paper and a pen/pencil.

We will meet weekly to learn about and develop ways in which we can inhabit our journals, making them places of refuge, play, and discovery.

Seed ideas and prompts will be given each week, which we will ponder, expand on, and experiment with.

Whether we’re sketching, writing, doodling, or collaging…. you will find that you’re expressing yourself in your own way and finding those things that resonate with you.

And… doing this in community can be super inspiring and supportive.
