The Library sponsors a limited number of programs per month, and we consider many factors including costs, space availability, target audiences, event topic, staffing, and timing. We typically plan these programs months in advance. Due to the number of inquiries, we may not be able to respond to all submissions. A representative from the Library will contact you directly via email if the Library chooses to pursue the proposed program.
